Patrick is submission wrestling black belt who has been studying martial arts with a strong focus in wrestling/grappling since 1998. He has competed in wrestling tournaments, grappling tournaments, MMA fights, power lifting competitions, boxing and kick boxing smokers.
He was a Grappling Coach for Xtreme Couture from 2009 - 2013, where he has coached both professional athletes and kids.
